1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or services.
2. Services
Social Autowala provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, social media management, influencer marketing, content creation, paid advertising (Meta & Google Ads), website development, Google My Business optimisation, exhibition solutions, and creative campaign strategy. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals shared with clients.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely and accurate information, materials, and approvals necessary for the delivery of services. Delays in providing required assets or feedback may impact project timelines. Clients must ensure that all materials provided to Social Autowala do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual proposals or service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed upon, invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may attract interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding amount. Social Autowala reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.
5. Intellectual Property
All creative work, designs, strategies, and content produced by Social Autowala remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated. Social Autowala retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
6. Limitation of Liability
Social Autowala shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination. Any pre-paid fees for services not yet delivered may be refunded at Social Autowala’s discretion, minus any costs already incurred.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
